The best thing I ever did for myself was to invest

The best thing I ever did for myself was to invest in mentors and healers.

Rewind to Fall 2015, I just had brain surgery. I wasn’t working. I was living at home. I was weak, tired and in pain. I was holding on to my savings to support me, and the future scared me.

After a couple months I came to the conclusion I couldn’t progress and heal without guidance and support.

I started to invest in my healing and growth. I didn’t know if it would “pay off”, but I had hopes and dreams it would. I trusted because I felt like I had no other choice.

Five years and many healers and mentors later, a new career, a new mindset, a healthy body and genuine love and appreciation for the life I’ve created was born.

We are on this earth to growth and expand. To heal our wounds and our traumas so we don’t pass it to future generations. That’s why it’s called e v o l u t i o n. We are supposed to be constantly evolving. That takes work and effort.

In August I took on 10 new clients and over the next couple of weeks they are all graduating from my program🙏🏼

That means there are 10 FRESH spots open for Jan 2021!

Another Sunday well spent💫

I hear so much chatter lately about the fear the future. “We are going into another lock down”. “It’s going to be a hard winter.” “Can’t wait for 2020 to be over” ...as if overnight everything will drastically change🤔

We can spend our life paralyzed in fear, or we can shift our mindset and live everyday to our fullest, taking one day at a time.

The choice is ours.

A new afternoon ritual I’ve been doing lately is around 3 PM, I’ll make some herbal tea, enjoy one of these treats and give myself 10 minutes without any screens or work. It just gives me all the feels. It’s the little things that have been bringing me the most joy 💫

You hear it all the time. Wtf does it mean??

The “work” can mean a lot of things. To me, it is:
To stop living in distractions
To sit in discomfort
To turn off autopilot and be intensional with your behaviors
To create more mindfulness
Quieting the noise around you and sitting with your thoughts and feelings.
Your openness to change.
Your willingness to look within and do things differently.
To think differently.
To heal your wounds.
To face what you have been suppressing. To be honest with yourself and your feelings.
To face your fears
