Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and set aside
- In a large bowl, mix coconut oil with coconut sugar. Add in dry mixture from medium bowl. Mix well.
- Add tahini, cinnamon, almond milk, raisins and chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Scoop 2 inch balls of dough onto a baking tray.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes
