Stir Fry

My go-to stir fry recipe. You can make any adjustment where you like. Change up the vegetables or add a protein, you can even use peanut or almond butter instead of cashew butter. It is so simple, so warming and so delicious. Enjoy!


  • 2 cups of red cabbage chopped
  • 2 frozen broccoli
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 large red pepper chopped
  • 2 cups of frozen brown rice

*feel free to add in any other veggie you like!


  • 4 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 4-ish tbsp coconut aminos
  • fresh ginger



  1. Add all chopped veggies to pan and allow to cook at medium heat (you can put a little bit of water in the pot/pan to create steam
  2. Once everything has cooked down, add in brown rice and 3-4 tbsp of coconut aminos
  3. Once that has all cooked together, put on low heat and assemble your sauce in a bowl
  4. Add sauce to stir fry
