Description
My go-to stir fry recipe. You can make any adjustment where you like. Change up the vegetables or add a protein, you can even use peanut or almond butter instead of cashew butter. It is so simple, so warming and so delicious. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of red cabbage chopped
- 2 frozen broccoli
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 large red pepper chopped
- 2 cups of frozen brown rice
*feel free to add in any other veggie you like!
Sauce:
- 4 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 4-ish tbsp coconut aminos
- fresh ginger
Instructions
- Add all chopped veggies to pan and allow to cook at medium heat (you can put a little bit of water in the pot/pan to create steam
- Once everything has cooked down, add in brown rice and 3-4 tbsp of coconut aminos
- Once that has all cooked together, put on low heat and assemble your sauce in a bowl
- Add sauce to stir fry
