CINNAMON-SPICED CHOCOLATE ALMOND BUTTER-CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 flax egg
1/4 cup raw local honey
1/2 cup Solstice Canyon Aztec Chocolate Almond Butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together (first 5 ingredients)
- In a small bowl mix the remains wet ingredients together
- Add wet ingredients to dry and add in chocolate chips
- Scoop into 1-2 inch balls
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes

Notes
I recommend using Solstice Canyon Chocolate Almond Butter, but if you do not have it on hand, use any kind of almond butter and add 1 tbsp cacao powered and 1-2 dashes of cayenne. Trust me 🙂
