Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup of frozen wild blueberries
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix bananas (mashed), maple syrup, peanut butter, almond milk and vanilla extract. Once all combined well, add almond flour and baking powder, mix well and add blueberries
Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Turn oven off. Leave muffins in for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool and enjoy
