There are many ways you can manifest and attract what you desire. Creating a vision board is one of them. It serves as a visual representation of your goals and aspirations. Looking at it daily can remind you of what you value and inspire you to continue to work towards those goals. 

Energy flows where attention goes⚡️

Whatever you desire, start to speak it into the universe.

T R A U M A ⚡️ I lived in denial of my own tr T R A U M A ⚡️

I lived in denial of my own trauma for a long time. I was so fixated on why my physical body wasn’t feeling “back to normal” and completely ignored the mental/emotional pain I went though.

Finally I realized that in order to heal physically from my brain surgery, I needed to heal my trauma. 

After surgery, I felt alone. I felt lost. I felt like everyone was healthy and happy and I was sad and sick. I felt like no one could understand. I didn’t want to talk about it. I felt ashamed and embarrassed I was having a hard time coping. I would cry almost daily to my husband saying “is this my life? Is this how I am going to feel forever?”

When you go through a health trauma, your life changes drastically. Not everyone will understand, but you don’t have to do it alone ... and you CAN heal!

I’m excited to announce that I have specifically created a group coaching program designed to help you heal your body and mind from past trauma, guide you to release fear and anxiety and give you the tools to manifest health and happiness.
