I work with all clients to empower them to reach their health and wellness goals, with a specialization in working with individuals who have existing health issues or those who have experienced a health trauma and are on a healing journey. Each health-coaching program is tailored just for you! My health philosophy is based on bio-individuality, the concept that no one diet works for everyone. What works for one person, may not work for someone else. That is what we will work together to figure out—what works best for you!

3 month or 6 month programs

How it works:
  1. Contact me below or here for a free 20-minute consultation
  2. If you’re ready to work together, we will schedule a time to meet in person or via Skype weekly or bi-weekly, for 50-  minutes, to get working on your individual goals
  3. You’ll have unlimited access to text, phone and email support
  4. You will receive thorough notes after each session
  5. You will have access to nutrition and lifestyle tools to help guide you through your wellness journey

  • Discovering what may be standing in the way of you creating and living your best life
  • Learning what is in your food and how to make the right food choices for yourself

  • Learning to love cooking by creating simple, healthy meals
  • Balancing mood swings, anxiety and stress
  • How to get rid of “burn outs” and the feeling of being over-committed and overworked
  • How to get rid of common toxins in your lifestyle and replace them with nontoxic alternatives
