We all experience various types of trauma throughout our lifetime. Some physical, some emotional and oftentimes they go hand in hand. 

We are not here to just survive, we are here to THRIVE. To make the most of every single day regardless of our circumstances and whatever obstacles life throws at us.

We are here to heal our wounds so we don’t bleed on others. To enjoy everything life has to offer us. To be happy. To be fulfilled in our careers and our relationships, to manifest love and abundance of all kinds.

This is all accomplished through shifting mindset, and adjusting daily thoughts and behaviors.



My Wholistic Health Coaching program is focused on healing trauma, releasing fear and anxiety, and understanding how to become your own healer so you can live a life in alignment and full of love. 

This is my passion because I have been in your shoes. In 2015, I had emergency brain surgery to save my life. After surgery, although incredibly grateful to be alive, I developed major fear and anxiety related to that event. The negative thoughts and painful memories haunted me and stunted my healing physically and mentally. I felt stuck and hopeless.  

It wasn't until I sought out support that I started to heal. I realized in order to heal my physical body, I needed to heal the underlying trauma wounds and understand the tools to take care of myself.  I realized I needed to let go of my “old self” and welcome and love a new version. Now 5-years later, I’ve done the work to heal and I have dedicated my career to helping others do the same.
