CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

Vegan + GF

  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg ( or flax egg )
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Chocolate chips
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
  2. Combine ingredients into one bowl
  3. add the chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 12 min at 350.

Makes about 12 cookies so typically double or triple the recipe 😉
